For phone catering orders, customers must pay a 50% deposit before the order is confirmed. No order will be prepared without this deposit. For in-person orders, no deposit is required unless the total cost is over $150. In that case, a 50% deposit must be collected to confirm the order.

When the customer arrives to pick up their catering order, the restaurant team will have already reviewed the order for accuracy. However, the customer is encouraged to review the order themselves before signing off. The customer’s signature confirms that the order is complete and correct.

If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they have up to 24 hours from the time of pick-up to report any problems. Management will review the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve the situation and ensure customer satisfaction.
